For Expectant Mothers Returning to Their Hometown for Delivery

We welcome expectant mothers who wish to return to their hometown for delivery. Reservations at our clinic are accepted at any time; however, we recommend scheduling a consultation as early as possible.
Prenatal checkup appointments can be made by phone or through our outpatient reservation system.
After making a delivery reservation, please indicate your intended return period in the “requests” section when booking.

If you have been diagnosed with threatened preterm labor, our clinic can provide inpatient care; therefore, please schedule a consultation as early as possible.

If you plan to return to your hometown for delivery, we provide prenatal checkups at our clinic up to around 32 weeks of pregnancy.
At the checkup around 32 weeks, we will provide a referral letter, and subsequent prenatal care should be continued at an obstetrics clinic near your hometown.

Mid-Pregnancy Detailed Fetal Ultrasound

By Appointment: Monday afternoons and Wednesdays

This ultrasound is performed between 20 and 26 weeks of pregnancy. It is not intended to diagnose chromosomal or genetic disorders, but rather to examine the fetus’s organs in detail and confirm normal development. Early detection allows for prompt treatment at a specialized medical facility after birth, if necessary.

Midwife Consultation

We are committed to providing personalized support as expectant mothers transition into motherhood.

If you have concerns about your diet—such as difficulty managing your weight, constipation, or being prone to anemia even before pregnancy—you are welcome to attend our consultation.
We provide guidance on balanced eating, tips for healthy eating habits, and recommended foods.
Learning about proper dietary habits is valuable not only during pregnancy, but also for the health of mothers, babies, and the whole family after birth. Since healthy eating is a lifelong practice, we hope you can use the period from pregnancy to childbirth as an opportunity to improve your eating habits.

Delivery Methods

Varginal (Natural ) Delivery

Our standard approach is vaginal (natural) delivery, focusing on allowing both mother and baby to remain relaxed. Admission typically begins when labor starts.

Painless Delivery (Epidural Analgesia)

What is Painless Delivery?
This method involves inserting a catheter into the epidural space and administering anesthetic medication to relieve labor pain.

Eligible Patients：

Multiparous women with previous deliveries without complications
Those without underlying medical conditions or infectious diseases
Those with a BMI below 30

Please note: First-time mothers are not eligible for this option.
However, “low-pain labor support” (analgesic-assisted delivery) is available for all who wish to use it.

Cost of Epidural Analgesia: ¥150,000
Includes anesthesiologist dispatch fee and medication costs
(Additional charges apply for medical supplies and materials.)

To Our Patients:
There are specific conditions that must be met before epidural analgesia (painless delivery) can be performed. Around the 10th month of pregnancy, your doctor will evaluate whether the procedure is appropriate for you. Depending on this assessment, you may be deemed ineligible even if you have requested painless delivery. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as our priority is ensuring a safe childbirth.
Please also note: if a patient who has reserved an epidural becomes ineligible due to the onset of labor or the medical assessment, we may offer the opportunity to another patient who has expressed interest.
Your preference for painless delivery will be confirmed during the mid- to late-pregnancy midwife consultation. Detailed explanations are also provided during the midwife consultations.

At our clinic, you can create your own birth plan and spend your time here in accordance with your preferences.
You may choose the length of your hospital stay based on your physical condition and your family’s circumstances. We are flexible in accommodating those who prefer a shorter stay.
Support persons are welcome to accompany you from the labor room, and family attendance at delivery, as well as overnight stays, are also possible.
Our midwives provide thorough guidance on breastfeeding and newborn bathing.

Pain-Relief Delivery (Analgesic-Assisted

We offer safe, low-risk pain-relief delivery using intramuscular injections.
This method can help reduce labor pain, allowing the mother to relax, which often leads to a smoother labor process.
Mothers can give birth in a more comfortable, relaxed state.
Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Cesarean Section (C-Section)

We provide planned cesarean sections for cases such as breech presentation or mothers who have had a previous C-section, as well as emergency cesarean sections, all performed in our clinic.
Surgery is performed under the supervision of a board-certified anesthesiologist.

Planned Delivery

We prioritize the safety of both mother and baby while offering planned deliveries that respect the mother’s preferences.
This involves being admitted to the hospital before labor begins, where labor is induced to guide the birth process.
Planned delivery makes it easier for families to arrange their schedules and helps mothers prepare mentally for childbirth. However, please note that labor-inducing medication may be used, and in some cases, the process may take several days before delivery.
